Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently only accept electronic bank deposits (EFT) and payments via PayFast.
Q: May I collect my order from your premises?
A: Collections are for "in stock" items only. Yes, if prior arrangement is made.
Q: What is the exact condition of the product I'm buying?
A: Under the product code, it will state whether the product is new, used or refurbished. If you'd like to know more, please use the 'Request Info' button or email email@example.com to enquire further.
In relation to books there are 4 grades given in the description of the product -
New: Brand New
A: Very good (may have one or two minor blemishes, but still unused)
B: Good (some signs of wear)
C: Some noticeable damage but usable.
Q: How do I report a problem with my order?

Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: Our courier delivers to any street address in South Africa. As well as POSTNET to POSTNET.
Q: Are you able to source products not listed on your website?
